COVID-19 Response

At the CTDRC, we strive at all times to provide the best mediation services and training possible. We understand that the Courts and Community depend on us to provide mediation services in an effective and efficient manner, and we will make every effort to continue to do so with as little interruption and inconvenience as possible during this rapidly evolving situation.

In an effort to prevent spreading infection to our clients, volunteers, and staff, we have implemented the following to limit unnecessary exposures:

  1. Clean and sanitize surfaces at a minimum of before and after each mediation.
  2. WASH YOUR HANDS, especially after touching any frequently used items or surfaces. Avoid touching your face.
  3. Hand Sanitizer is available in the front lobby. Please feel free to use it, especially prior to eating and drinking.
  4. Staff and Mediators showing COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to leave the premises and self-quarantine.
  5. Participants and Attorneys in a mediation who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms will also be asked to leave the premises.
